Hey Stranger Comics Family!

I wanted to thank you and celebrate with you, for rocking a wonderfully successful campaign. Someone asked me on a live stream yesterday what inspires me – Kurosawa, Coltrane, Kirby, Tolkien, all the things I am sure you know, but most importantly you guys.

I love and appreciate you all and can’t wait to get you these books.

Thank you all so very much! As we inch towards the close of another campaign, it is a time of reflection and gratitude to you guys who honor us with your love and support for these books! THIS IS NO ORDINARY LOVE - The FINAL drop is a nod to the love we have for Niobe, Dura, and these creations with the faithful homage to SADE'S LOVE DELUXE album cover by ZU ORZU. This version of Tales of Asunda: Love & Death is not the NSFW version (that's the painted purgatory blue version we dropped last week) although it is still intimate and beautiful.

The spectacular homage to Sade’s classic album Love Deluxe by the insanely talented Zu Orzu! This cover is for Dura’s most romantic, Tales of Asunda Love and Death – which is a love deluxe in purgatory. (Add this to your other homage comics we have done)!

As this is a tale for grown folks, this cover is an “intimate kickstarter exclusive” with some NSFW interiors. Co-written and modeled by the incredible Yetide Badaki (American Gods) do not miss this getting this beautiful book!

Hey Guys!

Thank you so much for the INCREDIBLE support! We are getting close to the next stretch goal…which is also…INCREDIBLE!!!

Who’s your favorite superhero? For me it’s always been The Incredible Hulk. I’m sure a part of that was having met him – on set in the late 70’s on the universal lot as a 4-year-old boy. It still may be my favorite celeb meeting ever! But Banner was someone I could relate to – a skinny nerd with a quiet rage somewhere deep within. Someone who was and still is afraid of that monster. But the Hulk was someone I wanted to be – free of fear, and of course strong. Free… and yet wanting to be left alone from those who would seek to do him harm, to use him, for bad…even for good.

He carries the weight of the world on his shoulders – and the weight of such rage. That’s why this mid-campaign drop is a homage to the iconic cover by Jim Steranko for the King-Size Special Hulk. Stranger alum Caanan White has brilliantly captured all of the Hulk’s fury for MORKA MOA, which is this week’s mid-campaign drop! Morka Moa isn’t battling The Inhumans, but something far more sinister – the Morkai!
